Subscription Policy

StaverY subscriptions are designed around your lifestyle. All subscriptions are week-to-week with no long-term commitments. You can modify, pause, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

• Morning Box: $42/week (6 jars at $7.00 each) + $5.99 delivery
• Daily Ritual: $78/week (12 jars at $6.50 each) + $3.99 delivery
• Full Protocol: $108/week (18 jars at $6.00 each) + FREE delivery

You are billed weekly on the same day each week. Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice.

Every weekly delivery includes three things on the same charge:

1. Subscription jars — the tier price above ($42 / $78 / $108)
2. Delivery — tier-based ($5.99 / $3.99 / FREE)
3. Florida sales tax — 7% of (jars + delivery), Miami-Dade rate

Examples (today's rates):

• Morning Box weekly total: $42 + $5.99 + $3.36 tax = ~$51.35/week
• Daily Ritual weekly total: $78 + $3.99 + $5.74 tax = ~$87.73/week
• Full Protocol weekly total: $108 + FREE + $7.56 tax = ~$115.56/week

At checkout, Shopify shows a line called "Recurring subtotal: $X every week." That field shows only the jar subtotal — not the full charge. Shipping and tax are recalculated and added to every weekly invoice automatically. The numbers above are what actually clears your card each week (assuming Miami-Dade delivery address; tax may differ if your billing zip changes).

We deliver every Sunday evening across Miami-Dade County. All orders are packed in insulated packaging to maintain freshness. Our oats have a 6-day shelf life and must be refrigerated upon delivery.

You can change your flavor mix at any time from your account dashboard. Changes made before Wednesday at midnight will apply to your next delivery. You can mix and match SILK, VELVET, and NOIR in any combination within your tier's jar count.

Need a break? You can pause your subscription or skip individual weeks from your account dashboard. There are no penalties for pausing or skipping. Your subscription will resume automatically when the pause period ends, or you can resume manually at any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect after your current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees, no penalties, and no contracts. If you cancel before your next delivery is prepared, you will not be charged for the following week.

We stand behind the quality of every jar. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@eatstavery.com. We will replace the affected jars or issue a credit to your account. Refunds for subscription payments are not available for weeks where delivery has been completed.
