Welcome to StaverY (eatstavery.com), operated by Staver LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and Service Area

StaverY offers fresh, chef-crafted functional overnight oats for delivery within Miami-Dade County, Florida. We do not currently ship outside this area. Orders from outside our delivery zone will not be processed.

2. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

3. Subscription Terms (ROSCA Disclosure)

StaverY offers recurring subscription plans for regular delivery of our products. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Recurring Charges: Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency you choose (weekly) until you cancel.
  • Subscription Tiers: Morning Box (6 jars), Daily Ritual (12 jars), or Full Protocol (18 jars).
  • Price Transparency: The exact amount you will be charged is displayed clearly before you confirm your subscription.
  • Easy Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@eatstavery.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No Long-Term Commitment: There is no minimum commitment period. You can cancel after your first delivery.
  • Modifications: You may pause, skip, or change your subscription tier at any time before your next billing date.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Miami-Dade County only. Delivery fees apply as follows: $5.99 standard delivery; $3.99 for the Daily Ritual subscription; and free delivery on the Discovery Kit, the Full Protocol subscription, and any order of $100 or more. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Freshness and Perishable Goods

Our products are made fresh with a 6-day shelf life. Products should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. StaverY is not responsible for product quality if storage instructions are not followed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Staver LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Staver LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
